How can I join as an active member?
You can apply for a formal membership online by navigating to the "Join Us" button in the navigation header, filling in the application forms, and uploading required photos and proofs. Our admin audits the applications within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you support for donations?
We support instant online contributions via UPI ID and scanning our official QR Code. We also support direct IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS bank wire transfers. Detailed accounts are listed on the "Bank Details" page.
How do I claim my Appreciation Certificate?
After submitting your payment (UPI/QR/Bank), report the transaction ID and upload a screenshot on our "Donate" portal. Once audited, a verified PDF certificate will be generated and emailed to you.
Is my membership certificate downloadable in PDF?
Yes. Once approved, you will receive login credentials by email. Logging into the "Member Panel" lets you view your HTML Member ID card and download your verified Membership Certificate in PDF format.
Can I change my registered password later?
Yes, once logged in to your Member Panel, you can navigate to the "Edit Profile" section to update your contact coordinates and change your password. Your default password is your registered 10-digit mobile number.
